i just confirmed that both my clients that are having email issues DNS point to the new DNS IP's for Jodohost. They have done so since the first email was sent out.
Still no answer on why they are unable to log into and retrieve email via POP3 to mail5 and mail3.
my tickets go to a non jodohost email address which is working just fine. But i didnt get any tickets. And they dont show in the ticket control panel as open tickets when you click on ticket history.
so if the email servers are resolving to the new IP's then why dont they work? They have been using new IP's since the first email you sent. (months ago) and as of last night they have no more email.
That response made zero sense...
All my clients DNS servers point to Jodo's DNS servers so they are all correct. So why is email not working? Can you tell me if the above email server IP's are correct or not?
When i go to webmail its also giving me an error
i get IMAP Error in...
Agree with Fervent..
Livechat is also useless.. been on there for 1.5 hours and i get one response every 20 minutes... its like pulling teeth.
Someone needs to give some straight answers for ETA's on time things will be resolved or i will start to lose clients.
my clients are complaining they cannot get emails from mail3 and mail5. I checked and they are resolving to:
mail3 -> 173.0.129.8
mail5 -> 173.0.142.205
Can someone confirm that those are correct?
also one of the mysql servers is not responding for one of my clients sites but i dont...
