Support,
I have been a very small reseller (just for a few clients) for a number of years... since back before 2007.
I don't do a lot on here as only have a few clients, but I was wondering if over the years this Cluster 1 has ever been updated with more modern servers or if these are still on...
In addition... I am trying to get the customer to get MORE info from Blackberry as all they provided above was an error, not exactly what there server was doing. I know they said they submitted delete request, but they didn't say exactly how that was done... what protocol what port and so forth.

124.115.6.14 - - [17/Mar/2013:02:44:56 -0500] "GET /robots.txt HTTP/1.1" 200 115 "-"...
I saw the post earlier about mail4 being down:
http://support.jodohost.com/threads/mail4-and-live-chat-are-down.24356/
And post says it is now up.
Customer can receive emails now, but if he sends them out they don't seem to be going out. Is there a backlog on the smtp portion sending out...
