this has been happening to everything. att, google, msft sites... i think it has to do with this 'handover' thing since it started about the same time. seems like a progressive wave of changes, if you'll pardon the pun they relocating the root dns servers to different boxes/ip's? (no idea)

just wondering if there's any plan to implement mssql 2012 or greater... had to reinstall server 2008 on the dev box because mssql 20o8 reports issues with server 2012. think i just answered my own question though

it was buggy like that in o2k also.. i never even bothered to try to get adp to work (not very hard at least)

now it works, and has worked for quite a while and i can't break it :( and while i messed around, i don't really think i fixed it ... ah well, time will tell
