The support link in domain registration does not work. I registered a domain, and paid using pay pal, it has cleared on my side, but it still has not kicked in on yours. Should I issue a ticket? or is support supposed to be via the registration area?

Is there a way to allow customers to administer their mail accounts other than using H-Sphere? If not, is there a way to restrict H-Sphere so the customer can only control certain components?

Thanks for issuing the credit to my account Yash, but I think it's a bit short. I had just paid on my other account the 28th for the month, and now I paid for anohter month to open the new account. Is that waiting to be cleared by PayPal or did you issue credit for this account but forget about...
