Thanks ,tried Aquastudio 4.01 and seems nice tool,for sure better than EM. I also tried SQL gate for www.sglgate.com.It is fantastic how you can make more things with a 10 mbs tool than use the whole cd of EM. manos

You could not DTS transfer with EM to your local sql server the database ,make changes etc you want and then DTS back to Jodo? manos

I use to all my asps lcid 2057 in order to databases store eg 03/05/2005 format for 03-May-2005.Used to work fine till last days when databases started to store dates with the american format 05/03/2005 for 3-may-2005. Any help is appreciated manos

Thanks for reply! As there are only datetime fields and not time fields some asp or other lang script needed anyway for manipulation. manos

If u use MS Query analyzer ,when u connect to jodohost on object browsing there is a common_objects object.There are all sql functions with a small description that accepted in sql 8.0 queries. manos

IF someone imports access tables that have datetime field with time only,SQL Server 2000 always uses 12-30-1899 as default date for this field? Any way to avoid this? thanks manos
