By its name, I'm guessing SendForm.aspx is used to send an email to some pre-determined email and most likely, the C# or VB.NET script is outputting each parameter and its value(s) in the request into a string buffer and later sending it to the email address.

I've used it on shared hosting and it works well. You might get an error during compatibility test about an imaging library (I forgot the exact error). Just send a ticket and the support team will make the necessary changes.

Why don't you try CuteFtp? I have the professional version and its works perfectly! I does multiple transfers, can have multiple ftp connections opened at the same time along w/ truck load of other features. You have to pay for the Professional version though.
