If you are going to turn accounts off for "illegal activity", at least have the decency to tell me what the problem is and how I can fix it. Instead you've left me hanging with no service to my accounts, and no reason on why.

I tried opening 2 tickets but they don't seem to be getting created. Anyhow, I accidentally deleted an account yesterday and need it restored.
Can someone help with this.
My account is webfire, and the deleted account is webfire29 I do believe.

I opened a ticket.
I realized my reseller account was over quota. I upgraded the account, but it still won't let me change the disk quota for accounts. The reseller disk quota shows fine now.
Seems 1 of my reseller account have all accounts'd disk space reset to 0. On the service domain, I was able to change it. But on 1 of the accounts, it won't let me change it.
Anyone know what's up with that? ?(
