It is getting a blue screen of death, and sometimes not even into windows loading, so pretty sure their is something with the hardware, going to swap it out now.
Server is up and as thought, it was a hardware issue. Blown capacitor near the power supply connector. Some of the older servers are seeing this to happen and we are already in the process of rotating them out of service.
