mod_cloudflare on Windows?

bro

Perch
I had to turn off a win24 site last night to mitigate a bot attack on a form. I had received a thousand emails in about 10 minutes! It has a simple captcha that had never been hit before, but looking at Cloudflare stats the site traffic was running into tens of thousands of hits every few minutes.

To be able to block IPs, either on Cloudflare or in CP, I need to be able to see the IPs come through on the log but all it shows is the Cloudflare IPs, which obviously I cannot block. So my question is, can mod_cloudflare or an equivalent be installed on Windows servers to show the original IPs?

We need to know the domain name in question. It would be good if you open a support ticket in this regards with the domain name. So we can check and update you back on ticket.

mod_cloudflare is for linux/apache, it can't be used and the addon for iis cannot either.
But we are trying to do an advanced logging workaround that doesn't break hsphere, and will add an extra line just on the domain you need it on for logging to have the forwarded ip.
