HVM13 has an issue with a RAID several weeks ago and that RAID was also the one storing the boot partition, so the server is not booting right now. There are several VMs down due to this and we are working to get them on new node ASAP. This was planned to be done with an announcement over the next week or next weekend (at client selected times during week) but looks like it is required to happen NOW.
The Websitepanel upgrade work announced earlier was actually happneing for this to allow the latest 2012 R2 servers to be used, so this was already planned but being moved to being done NOW due to this outage. We should be having any VM impacted up anytime from the next hour to 7 hours depending on size and if any issue encountered.
