SPF Issues

We've seen SPF issues start to crop up on 2 domains over the past 2 days, in each instance, openspf.org shows the error,

"mail.myhsphere.biz received a message from mail10-out.myhsphere.biz (173.0.143.248) that claimed an envelope sender address of [email protected].

However, the domain xxx.net has declared using SPF that it does not send mail through mail10-out.myhsphere.biz (173.0.143.248). That is why the message was rejected."

Is there a global setting somewhere that I'm missing that may be the cause of this? Note that in the most recent incident, it involved a domain that has been continuously hosted with Jodohost since 2009, and has never been changed since its creation.

This is becoming an issue with all domains now. I'm addressing them one-by-one, as customers report the issue. How can we fix this globally? Waiting for customers to report an error is not good service and is taking inordinate amounts of time.
