Emergency Contact?

We have a client site throwing a 503. They have a presentation using their website in 10 minutes. I submitted a ticket (#579092 ). I also tried to get on live chat but it just said someone would respond sometime. I tried to call but immediately went to a voice message.

When I logged in to view the ticket I submitted it was set to medium priority. I could not figure out how to set it to high priority.

Is there no way to get ahold of you for emergencies like this?
 
... and right after I post that the site comes back up. Thanks!

Still, is there a better way to get ahold of you for emergencies? Makes me panic a bit when I cannot get ahold of anyone to talk to.
 
always has been helpline AT jodohost.com (change out the at for symbol)

This goes to on shift manager and executive manager too.
