Customers have reported to us that email from a 6 hour period, 24 hours ago is missing from IMAP/webmail

We have identified the issue and have issued a process to re-update customer mail boxes with that missing mail. It would take approximately 8 hours to complete. You may however open a ticket to have that mail recovered immediately if you cannot wait

If you are using POP3, you may receive some email twice as a result of this update process and there is no need to worry
