We have an older mail server up. All email from this point onwards is being received. All email from the last several hours is still in the backup mail server and would be recovered later. All email stored within your accoun from the last 30 days is missing if you never downloaded/retrieved them before
All email from the last 30 days and several hours would be restored within 8 hours from now.
All customers who signed up after January 5th would need to turn on and turn on mail services from their control panel to use it. If you however wait for 8 hours, you would not need to do that as by then, full email services would be restored by then
