Name Servers Issue

If you are a reseller with your emails and websites completely down, please immediately open a ticket.

When we performed the Level(3) IP Migration a few months ago, all resellers received new IPs if you remember. Apparently, some of those IPs weren't properly configured on the DNS Servers by the automated script. There are very few such IPs. As a result of the server relocation carried out today, these DNS servers have had to be restarted the first time in at least 4 or 5 months. On starting up again, these IPs have been removed from the network interface.

We are proactively working to identify name servers that are missing and are correcting the issue. However as a reseller, you can help by letting us know if your sites and email are completely down. We will be able to fix them instantly on reporting it to us. Once again, there are VERY few such instances
