When I submit a ticket, it says it went through. But I do not get a confirmation ticket, nor does it show in the ticket history list.

How can I submit a support question/issue to jodo? ?(

Also make sure you are using your account given to you from jodo and not your admin account when signing in.
 
i did not get any email confirmation last night either.... also i'm showing when i log into the helpdesk that the emails it's trying to send out are getting rejected.
 
Yes. I made it use localhost (which has no rDNS) while it generally use mail1. This caused problem with mailservers that need rDNS. Corrected it now.
 
As of now, I am not getting any confirmation emails and my tickets are not showing in the ticket history. I opened a new one a little more than an hour ago.

Also, is there a MAIL1 server or not? I do not see one in my DNS listings, but it does show in the JodoPulse site.

And the JodoPulse site only shows 3 mail servers, when I thought there were 5. Any insights to share??
 
having the same issue here... do not get email confirmation, or tickets.
 
Huh I just tried to create a ticket 3 different times waiting like 5 mins in between and nothing. Live Chat says its because of mail1. Guess Ill just be patient since my problem isn't urgent.
 
Ticket system problem was due to the mail1 delays. We will be isolating the ticket system completely in near future.
