we had delays at every level includuing getting the new location setup and going.
 
Cluster2 will be running hsphere 3.0. I don't have an exact time-frame but I can say is that we are pursuing it with top-priority.

Existing customers will be upgrading to hsphere 3.0 sometime down the road. We are taking steps to prepare our large cluster for an eventual upgrade.. but given how much downtime and problems could come from such an upgrade, we are taking it slow
 
Thank you for your cautious approach. In the last 6 or 7 years we?ve been with Hsphere... we learnt that fiddling with Hsphere is a tricky business. Great panel, but can be dodgy at times.
 
I know it's not in the plans...I was wondering why it was never introduced.

Is it possible to sell one of your plans at a markup and create a ticket for it to get it created? Totally separate from hsphere billing etc.
 
We are looking into various billing options separate from H-Sphere. We are working on few services which is not annouced yet but work is in progress. These services will have be implemented with new billing system.

Thanks Atul...can you give us a hint on what other services are a work in progress?

:) We are testing some of them now, we aren't ready to make an announcement as we are having to develop the billing systems and other back end parts in house because there are no readymade solutions for the products we are looking to deploy.

However the markets are quite good.

One thing I will say is that we will have a Windows 2008 server up before the end of March with at least 5 client tests sites running on for non production testing. :) We don't want to be left behind anymore and are working to stay in front of the game even if ti means very significant internal operations taking place.
 
That's awesome...yea sometimes you have to think outside the box. The hsphere internal billing is great but I believe from your guy's prospective it can limit what you can give. Especially when it comes to adding services.

I only hope that coldfusion 8 is part of that plan, as well as allowing VPS and Dedicated to resellers. That would be awesome!

Although I'm sure there are a lot more things to come and I appreciate the efforts.
