I got site backup even after not paying for account

I have been JodoHost reseller for the past 6, 7 years. May 31st 2013 was my last day as reseller and I decided not to renew my hosting account from June on wards because I was unable to allocate time to reselling so I decided to close it.

As per standard practice they suspended my account due to non payment. Today I came to know that I have no back up of one of the site which I was hosting for some friend. I was like WTH!!! It was an important site and I forgot to take its backup. And you know what happened? I contacted JodoHost support and got my site backup with in couple of hours!!! No questions asked.

I am happy about it that they are so cooperative. They didn't say even once that I should pay the bill before they can give me backup. Thumbs up to JodoHost and I will definitely use their service in future.
 
It will be good to officially cancel account if you are done with it, that way we can free up licenses that we have to pay now.

But we are glad to have served you for this time and ready when you are ready to return :)
