Web14 - Ongoing Issue

I have been receiving almost daily alerts about temporary outages on Cl1 web14. I realize these usually clear up quickly, but it is distressing, and I've posted about it here several times. My alerts also only check once every 30 minutes...so there's a good chance the issue is more prevalent than I see.

I would appreciate someone looking into this.

Sorry for the inconvenience and delay in response. There was php alert on server which we have fixed already. We are closely monitoring server to prevent this in future.

I have continued to receive almost daily problem alerts regarding web14. They seem to resolve themselves quickly, but they continue to happen pretty regularly.

We have your support ticket regarding this issue. Please update the same. We will update you regarding some alternative or permanent fix of this issue.
