Emergency Node Maintenance Continued - WINCF in progress

I broke this thread off since WINCF3 is up and going now, WINCF however is not. It is being worked on at this time!

I am doing a restore from backups now.

The OS is restored, the user data is restoring now.

The server will be up as soon as the just issued reboot is completed. We will be checking things like SSL now.

Checked out, looks ok, there may be a need to sync some files if you have done recent updates as there was an error restoring some files from the latest backup, so I jumped back to the 2 week old backups for some. This won't impact all, and we can get files in most cases from the prior server as well. However, it wasn't possible to move them all from the prior in a way that would be working anytime today (having to manually re-apply DSN records and the like, the means we have used here doesn't require that process)
