Okay, I'll try e-mailing them.... I just thought it would be appropriate here since it's not a billing issue, but an issue of a reseller properly configuring plans and accounts.

I've just started my reseller account, and I see that when I try to sign up a new account, an item is added to the final invoice called "Recurrent Vhost Alias" with a charge of $1.35. I can't figure out what this is... can anyone help me? Thanks.
