I have a client who uploads ~100MB of PDF files each year for their annual meetings, which then get downloaded by attendees. This is starting to take up a lot of space, and the spike in downloads will eventually send my traffic over quota. And I don't want to upgrade my account just for this one...

That's interesting.. the ping to a client's existing site is ~315, but ping to jodohost.com is ~295. This is from Perth, of course, most isolated city in the world. :) I gather the slight improvement is probably just that jodohost.com isn't running on a shared server.

Yep, Google Analytics is far better than AWStats or Webalizer, and Google's email solution far better than hosted email. The resources can better go to actual web hosting, where we can at least say the service is worth the price without being looked at funny. :)
