As soon as I got a call i logged in couple of servers from home and had no issues what so ever. But when i did a ping report on just-ping dot com i did find lot of packet loss in different location around the globle. So there was something major which was causing this for sure.

We have hit a snag with few of the VPS's it seems there were windows updates done on them that it thinks 'dont match', and hence are not starting, we have asked parallels to look into the issue and they will update us on it as to why those containers are not starting. It is possibly that there...

I have the first container successfully up and running on the Node now. Others to follow soon, We are really sorry for the trouble caused to our esteemed clients because of this. I will keep updating the post till all containers are up and running.

Updates Completed and server has now been rebooted. Will not import get one VPS online and check if all is going well, then follow with others.

Windows updates are being done on the Node as of now.

Currently its downloading Windows updates and we shall do that now...and then reboot the server once more.

After all messing i am now installing templates on the Virtuozzo servers. Trying to get things moving as fast as i can. Will keep you all updated on the progress

We shall be switching the ports for the Node HVM11 for the network issues recently reported. Virtual Machines on this Node may see network intermittently drop for a few minutes on VPS hosted on this node

The node had to be rebooted as some work was done by parallels support and currently its doing check disk, it might take some time to complete the check disk. It should be up soon.

We have removed the old password support for mysql10 for now, MySQL can have passwords with hashes stored in the old 16-character format, which is not supported by PHP 5.3′s new mysqlnd library. So if you find that your password is not working just log in your hsphere and rest your password...
