2 sites on web 1 went down today one was down for 90 minutes this customer is threatening to leave me as these outages are have been going on far too long another site was down for about 60 minutes. I have another win site up and down today as well

site on win 6 cl2 is also showing the same behaviour site not loading then connection reset server error in firefox customer also mentioned email was down. site has come back up again but for how long??? I can login via outlook but webmail gives failed login 66.232.25.28

we did receive a notification from siteuptime about 5 hours ago for a site on web1. This was around 4.30 am AEST site came back up fairly quickly

I've received no alerts for sites on web 8 but did just receive a call from a customer who has a cart on web 1 they described the same issues customers are experiencing on web1. Again these are all dynamic sites if it's as simple as being down to the datacentre move then I think the customers...

Thanks, I'm not sure which mysql boxes the customers are on but they're fairly recent customers so possibly not all on mysql1. has the switch issue been resolved yet?

I've been having intermittent site outages for quite a while and today I'm seeing this on web 8 one particular site up then internal server error then site is painfully slow, the common thread here in regard to these outages is mainly joomla and wordpress so my question is will this be rectified...

I've responded to the ticket, all test mail is now coming through

A customer using mail1 cl2 can only send emails to other addresses on the same domain as their domain. Emails to external domains don't arrive. No problem with incoming mail just when sending, no bounces no nothing. I've set up a test account for that domain and experience the same behaviour...

In the logs I saw mutliple timeouts and fastcgi messages. Even php files loaded outside of joomla didn't work. Support did say that they fixed the issue and they are now monitoring the site that seems to be giving the most problems. I guess with the moves not yet completed the database...

Over the last few months customers with joomla installations were reporting that their sites we're intermittently showing internal server errors. Recently these internal server errors are becoming all too regular for all of my customers with joomla installations on cluster2.

Thanks Stephen have replied. I've found to get the broken aliases working removing the domain and then re-adding it did the trick. I originally felt the domains were redirects as that was how the designer tends to set them up, most of these were old domains that were added before the designer...

what I can see in the cp for sites that are no longer working (redirects ) is that there is no web service icon showing.

I'm not getting much response on a few tickets either and the last response wasn't the best. I've still got some sites inaccessable and at least a 6 hour email outage for a couple of customers
