I've discovered with DNN if you have a dedicated IP on the destination account (your old DNN 3 or your new DNN 4) then you can just created an A record that will work fine. (as long as the domain aliases are setup on the DNN portal.

I would like to ask for some clarification. I thought that DSPAM was a tagging program and that CP Anti-spam setting were used to deal with incoming spam based on score. On my accounts I have it set to relaxed and to mark spam (not delete) but items being sent are being rejected outright. EG...

You could install Smartermail - free edition from SmarterTools.com and run that at the server level. The free edition has a 10 account/1 domain limit but that's just a suggestion if you really want to avoid plesk.
