Hello, We have a client that is not being able to access the mail server using Outlook. They are behind a Proxy. Their company policy, apparently have to have this proxy installed locally. Any chance of them accessing mail via Outlook? We've tried everything I could imagine. Any ideas?

I have the impression to have seen HTML messages coming as an attachement on webmail. No there now. So, does the webmail has any chance of showing html messages, anyhow?

Hello, I just set an email address on Blacklist, and chose Remove. Yet, seconds after, I received a mail from the address that I included. Does it need some time...or is the server supposed to take the configuration staright away? Or anything else I should know? Thanks

Anybody from Jodo would mind dropping a line here?...to clarify mail server's behaviour over configurations of MX priorities...and whether they will queue and deliver it to top priority servers?

Sure. My doubt is whether invariably the MX20...for example...will queue the messages and relay them back to MX10...even if it?s on another Network. Provided the DNS Servers are configured correctly, is that a invariable behaviour for ANY mail server?
