So, if I understood well, the number of the user accounts is in direct relation with the domains. I mean that if I buy the ValueHost package the first 15 customers/domains will have their own control panel and I can manage everything (ex. ftp, mail, sql) from them. For the 16th and so on...

But again I have to buy a reseller account...Otherwise I have to buy one by one hosting plans for each of my customers. But it's not profitable. So for example I can buy a ValueHost, use one user account for my self and from the control panel I can manage all the rest domains of my customers...
