I don't have a username. All I do is sign at the beginning by entering my password. Why won't the user accounts menu open up in the control panel? Byt the way, I'm using Windows XP.

I've recently been having problems in Control Panel. I go in, and then I click User Accounts and it says: "Windows can not open the User Accounts control panel." My worst fear is that it has something to do with the registry, but I know better than to start tampering with things in there. Also...
