Everytime I upload a new DLL in my .Net BIN directory, it takes so long to access my site. I knwo that there is some kind of application restart but the slowness happens for about an hour. Any of you guys experiencing this?

If I detach my DB through Enterprise Manager, how would that affect my database? I believe I did that once and it made my database unavailable. With the BAK file, I can restore the database with it right? Thanks for the reply.

That's what I was hoping for. Some hosting companies make all subdomains forward to the root directory and it is up to your code to decide where it will be redirected. Maybe one of the JodoHost guys can tell us if this is possible or not.

I'm using Windows. Right now, I'm getting an 'Under Construction' error when I try to access a subdomain that does not exists. About the default page, is this the one that is set in the HSpehere Control Panel or should I ask Tech support? Thanks.

Is it possible to redirect URLs of subdomains which are not yet created to a default page? e.g. sub1.mysite.com --> mysite.com/subdomain.aspx sub2.mysite.com --> mysite.com/subdomain.aspx note: sub1 and sub2 subdomains do not exist. Thanks.

I'm not sure how I missed it but I cannot find instructions on how to set the nameservers for the Service Domain. I was able to create the Domain Hosts (e.g. ns3.mysite.net, etc.) but I don't know what's the correct nameservers to which I can point my service domain too. My registrar is...
