Unfortunately I've got clients who use remote webmail when out of the office and they have now been down for five days with no resolution.

Several days, in fact! I really would like to see some resolution to this - or even acknowledgement of the issue. Tech Support keeps telling me it's solved when it clearly isn't.

I've now been told twice by tech support that this is fixed, but when I check it it is definitely still not working. I've tried SquirrelMail, Horde and DWMail. If i am somehow missing something her could someone please explain? I see the main page - webmail choices of Squirrel,Horde, DWMail...

Still no access to webmail (which is what my clients use) and unable to get IMAP set up. I read Sachin's post about updating MX, but my client is on mail11 and DNS looks correct.

I haven't seen any updates on this. Will mail service be back up today? I've got clients yelling for email access. Are here any workarounds where we can use IMAP server to access even old emails?

My bad, I should have mentioned this is a Windows server, so no way to modify .htaccess, which is what a lot of the web searches recommend. I've had other clients also install WP on Windows, with no issues.
