I'm an unable to connect to my mySQL server, from my website, or via the hsphere phpMyAdmin link. I keep getting "Error - Cannot login to MySQL server." I saw another thread on rountin on the 204.10 part of the network, but this is on the 204.14. -tg

Not sure what happened but up until today, things were okey-dokey. Today it went south. Turns out the IP for the MySQL database was different in my config files from what the CP was pointing to. When I changed the IP, things came back, but now it looks like I'm missing some data, not much, but...

Ok, I have to admit, this is pretty wierd..... for some reason, my web site has stopped being able to talk to my DB.... It was fine 5min ago... but not now. I can get to the database through the MyPHPAdmin from the HS console..... ??? Go figure. Is there somethign I should look at???? OR???

Sigh.... I realize that this is all part of the data center move, but my live site's gone down. When I try to access it, I get a page of links for the web shell, DB utilites, and the mail server..... If I try to go to specific files that I know are there, I get a 404 error....

What happened to my mail? *Answered* Some how all of the email settings on my site www.developerkb.com was removed???? To boot the mail service was turned off. I've since tiurned it back on, and re-built one of my mailboxes, but there's no telling how much mail I may have missed from it.

Is compression turned on in the version of PHP running at Jodohost? I'm getting ready to add some functionality to the website where the compression of some files is an option (the documentation doesn't indicate what compression method is used -- ZLib or gzip/tar).

Does jodohost offer NNTP news servers?

Ever since sometime late yesterday, I have been getting a lot of timeout errors while trying to get around my site. 1) Could it be the web part or 2)Could it be the MySQLServer? The site is heavily dependent on the MySQL database, so I could see how that's the problem.

I'm having a bit of a problem with my builtin phpMyAdmin for my MySQL database. When I click on the link from the CP, it takes me the the DB management for a database named "test"? I cannot figure out how to get it to look at the proper database.
