Resellers

a. 1 month Free if Customer signup for 6-month billing cycle
b. 2 months Free if Customer signup for yearly billing cycle

Conditions:

a. Free month credit will be added after 40 days, 5th month and 10th month to avail 1-month, 1.5 month or 2 months of free hosting respectively. Credit will be applied manually. Please send an email to billing@jodohost.com after Free Month credit is due.
b. Customer is not permitted to downgrade their service plan till billing period is over.
c. Cancellation/Refund: No free month will be applicable, if the Customer/Reseller cancels before expiry of billing period.
