24 x 7 Support?

I've been trying to access support via live chat numerous times over many weekends and I never see any response. What are your real support hours???? When is live chat actually staffed?

Support is 24 x 7 available on livechat, it never happens that live chat is offline because we have alternate connectivity if in any case one ISP is dead, you can connect on live chat right now , support is available.

All three shifts, Monday to Sunday, have some staff. In some shifts there are more than 10 people working.
