After a short 48 hour trial, the JodoHost management is now confident with officially launching its 24x7 Anonymous Support Services for resellers. There has been a change (for the better) in the pricing structure for this service after 2 days of debate here at JodoHost.
Anonymous Support will now be available to all resellers (LiteHost, ValueHost, SilverHost, GoldHost and PlatinumHost). A fixed rate of $0.50/month will be charged per active hosting account (this excludes your Reseller AdminCP account) regardless of the number of free accounts that come within your package.
The LiteHost implementation has been made possible due to some over the weekend customization of the helpdesk system making it much quicker for us to deploy the end-user system with the help of some automation. Additionally, we decided that switching over from a system of indirect support of your end-users to a direct support system would be in the interest of Jodohost and our resellers.
