3rd level domains

I tried adding a few domains to my account. It gave me errors. Said it sent a ticket to tech support. I looked on my FTP, it lists out folders for the domains I added. However when I look in the CP, the domains are not listed.

Can this be fixed? :)
 
can you send a ticket with the domains so that we can look up the auto ticket and diagnose the problem?
