A few questions for you guys/gals

I want to start my own hosting company, but have some questions that i need answered before i can continue. Thanks in advance.

1. Do you find that reselling is a profitable business?

2. What is the customer to plan ratio? For example, i signed up for the LiteHost plan. Approx how many users do you think i can signup using this plan before i run out of space/bandwith?

3. Speaking of bandwith, does anyone here have any problems with users who reach there bandwith?

Let me attempt to answer these:

1) Definately if you pursue it seriously. I think our reseller packages really lower the startup costs and if you focus on a good marketing strategy and have a good website, you can make alot of money in this business.

2) There is really no fixed ratio I have seen. Come up with good, reasonably priced plans with reasonable amount of resources. As you hit your disk space and bandwidth limits, upgrade to the next level. The reseller plans allow overselling so that can boost your profits substantially.
