i've upload my forum files and sql database. But im getting this error.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e09'

Since you are posting in the Reseller Support forum, I will assume that you are a reseller. Resellers have the joy of three control panels just to make it confusing. You need to log into your reseller control panel at http://cp.m****here.biz:8080/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP , click on Home at the lower left, and click New Trouble Ticket under Support. This will open a support request (ticket) so that support can help you.

If you aren't a reseller, then you don't need to worry about which control panel to use because you only have one.
