Account suspended

I have paid two bills my username is 'floater' but my account keeps being suspended ... I cannot understand why?

Please forward your payment details at billing @ jodohost.com (no spaces), I will investigate this issue..
 
I'd recommend you switch to paying by credit card. The system automatically charges and credits your account at the end of each month so the question of late payment doesn't arise.

Just log into your control panel and create a Credit Card Billing Profile from Billing > Billing Profile
