Why my account has been suspended?

I'm already informed your support last weeks to shift my shared hosting to my reseller account but today my shared account suspended because of trial period has expired.

I though it's because of your maintainance at Win1 but my account suspended because of your system mistake.

Please checks, hopely you can shift my shared account to my reseller packages as soon as possible otherwise reactivate it because all my business/order coming from that shared hosting.
 
Your account was suspended and then resumed back immediately. The reason your site became inaccessible because of some system related problem. We correct that

Please submit a ticket with your reseller username and account username and we'll shift it
