Actions against SPAM

What are the actions taken by JodoHost against Spam?
Are there any warnings?
Does this affect the reseller account or just the user account?

If the complaint is from SpamCop(and other important), we suspend the domain which has caused it and then notify the reseller. We then contact reseller by phone or email.

In any other cases we notify by email or phone to reseller to take action against spammer.
