Adding/Editing DNS and CNAME record

One of my client has asked this question.

please tell me how to Add, Edit records in DNS Configuration.
For example, if I want to add a new CNAME record in XYZ Consulting, how would I do that.

What should I reply to him?

The above XYZ Consulting is actually xyz.com
It automatically changed it to XYZ Consulting even though I wrote a domain name.

first, on the clients plan have Custom DNS enaled, then go to the end users CP, go to Domains, Domain info, click xyz.com then on the next screen with the overview click the edit button by DNS.
Here it will have the link to create a new MX,A,CNAME or TXT record.
