I'm on cluster2 - all my domains are down, not even resolving dns. All mail down. I attempted to call, but got hung up on, been waiting for live chat for a while. No access to control panel.
 
did you update your DNS IPs?

We've mailed a number of times about this, if you have not done that, it may be down due to this. Phones have been a bit jumpy lately as there's been a lot of net disconnects even for 1-3 seconds, it doesn't matter in most things but to VOIP it does. All servers are up now(and have been all day/week except minor service restarts), you should have a DNS IP starting with 173, not 66 or 64.

we are going to bring one old nameserver IP back up to bring you online, but this MUST be updated ASAP, it won't be up much longer, we've mentioned it a number of times and gone well beyond the 7 days we said we'd keep it up.

We are removing unsused servers from the network, as they have met their purpose. you need to update IP pointers for your nameservers at your registrar to prevent this from happening again.
