All of my domains are down!

All of my domains are down and I have put in a support ticket yet no response yet. This needs to be addressed as clients are already calling because they cannot access websites nor email!

these are all under the luminanttech.com account...

when I try to ping any of these...I get
"The request could not find host www.xxxxxx.com"

The domains were working up until now.... I believe this is a nameserver issue and needs to be addressed immmediately. X(

I have just sent you a PM with the copy of email notification in which you can see the setting which you need to update for your Private Name severs.

Also, let me know your ticket id. Will do update on it also.
