Hi there. Gotta admit that you guys are really good. In fact your support system is really undoubtedly world class. 
The idea of your anonymous support system is really great but I would admit it's not new. I have seen some other hosts also providing anonymous support to all end users. But out of all the ones I found only one of them provides anonymous chat support also and for FREE!!!. Don't know how they do that ?( .
Just wondering if you guys also have such plans for the future. I think it would be awesome if you could provide anonymous chat support also to the end users. Don't know if I am asking for too much, but I think it would really be a great addition to your already superior support system. 8)
