Antivirus setting using Plesk

Hi,

Is it best practice to set the Antivirus in Plesk to both incomming and outgoing checks for each email user?

Personally I'd only scan incoming but keeping outgoing on will be good to prevent customers thatmay get a virus unowingly from being ble to send through your mail server.

So bascially if I was in cnotrol of the connecting networks I'd do incoming, if having people I cant control PCs on directly, probably go ahead and scan outgoing too.
