IS there anyone manning the help desk or is the help desk down at the moment Ive been waiting for a few hours to have a ticket responded too

Yes just got the reply. I am disappointed that jodo had left support for autoresponders on their reseller plans page as this was a prerequisite for me when looking for potential hosts to move a large portion of my customers too.

I appreciate the reasons for disabling this feature and Im not asking to have them made available but I feel that jodo has mislead me albeit unintentionally by showing that autoresponders are available on reseller plans when in fact they're not, this has left me in a delicate situation.
 
That is a legacy item form the old plan that was to be removed with the updates, it will be removed within the next 24 hours.

Auto responders have caused us more than 8 blacklistings that I know of off hand, and therefore were disabled, and many others hosts also disable them now due to this. It is abused by spammers as well with forged headers to send spam in your clients name, which is bad for your client as well.
 
I am no designer, so I just changed it all to read 0 for now to get the change done ASAP.
