Are advertised components actually registered?

Jodohost advertises the following mailing components:
ASPEmail
ASPMail
ASPPOP3
Dundas Mailer
w3 JMAIL
CDOSYS

Now, the only way to actually send mail is to use CDO since it's the only one that we can use to authenticate with. It seems that all other components are expired or not-registered, so they're essentially useless. The main item I need right now is to be able to retrieve email, which ASPPOP3 works great, but for some reason it doesn't say it's expired, yet it doesn't actually work. The most it will let you do is get a count of the emails, not actually view them.

ASPEmail is the free edition, others are registered, several com objects have not been updated in years be the developers and do not work well or at all.
CDOSYS is of course built in.

There are several of the server objects components that seem to lose their registration and we have to reregister them, but they'd say expired or the like normally.
