ASP Mail

Could somebody please tell me or show me a link to articles about how I go about installing ASP Mail into my VPS account and also how do I set up email accounts that can both collect email and also forward to other email addresses, when I try and register my domain through the control panel it says "zone already in use"

I have raised a support ticket with this concern already.

I should mention although I'm not new to websites, I am a recent Shared to VPS convert and have never used this system before.

I will be able to install the Free ASPMail later today.

Could you please tell me what the best way to install the compoent is? I have never installed a component before. Do I simply double click on the .exe file that I download from the ASPMail website and install the program or do I need to install the compoent via a control panel?
