Attack on network making some slowness

We've seen it hit win35, web15, win10, and several others, and 'it' is the most massive comment spam bot I've every seen, thousands of IPs....
looking a bit better now, and the worst on this one is the traffic is two way, as they are picking up the comment replies as well sending out massive traffic back to them, as well as the comments coming in.
