AW Stats showing IPs instead of domains

In the "HOSTS" section of AWStats, a client has complained to me that only IP addresses are being displayed, not the resolved domain names.

I've rDNS'd several of them using dnsstuff.com, and they do resolve to domain names...

Why isn't AWStatus showing the domain names? Anyone else having this problem?
 
Hello,

the reverse DNS look is not enabled, as it uses 80+ % of the CPU and requires about 20 minutes to process a log in the 30-40MB range.
 
Thanks Stephen. Is it OK to install my own copy of AWStats for a client so they can get that info?
 
As long as their longs are not large and it doesn't bring the server "to its knees"
 
I think Webalizer does reverse DNS... could be wrong... is that because Webalizer is less processor intensive that AW?
 
It uses a different process, it does not use the geoIP+perl to process them.
